  1. How do you get compensated?
    One of the unique things about us is that we don't charge our customers for our service.  You are billed directly by the carrier and we receive a fee to maintain our accounts.  However, if we do a great job we're going to ask for referrals, is that OK?
  2. How long does implementation take?
    Standard intervals for a T-1 line range from as little as 10 to 14 days with an expedite request or up to 45 days.
  3. What is the implementation process?
    There are several steps.  However, after the order is submitted to the carrier we track each step of the process and send email notifications to the customer and anyone else associated with the order so you may track progress.  This ensures that there is a collaborative effort and everyone is on the same page.

    Once the T-1 is installed it is tested to ensure a good connection.  We then schedule a turn up of the circuit and porting time for any phone numbers that need to be transitioned. 

    The account is then assigned to your account manager who hand delivers the first invoice to make sure it’s correct and clear.  They will make sure that the previous carrier services are canceled and that everything is in order.
  4. Who are some of the carriers you work with?
    We work with over 20 carriers.  This allows us to shop around for the best price and fit for your needs.
